System Administrator

Location: Terrassa, Barcelona (Spain).

Mission:

Responsible for the installation, setup, maintenance, and reliable operation of computer systems located in Data centers, providing global support to all the group’s production plants.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

1. Monitor IT infrastructure, analyze system logs and identify potential issues.
2. Introduce and integrate new technologies.
3. Responsible for IT systems security.
4. Resolution of technical incidents to users and infrastructures.
5. Perform monitoring tasks of the infrastructure, backups, and other systems.
6. Manage permissions and user access to the system.

Education and experience:

• Experience of, at least, 5 years working with information technology in a business environment
• English Advanced
• Advanced knowledge in Windows Server, VMWare, VEEAM BACKUP, NAS Management, SAN, CITRIX, Networking and Communications
