Industrialization Engineer
Location: Terrassa, Barcelona (Spain)
MISSION
Define and development, according to the project specifications industrial investments as well as semimanual and robotic-automated cells for components assembly for Estamp productive process in the group.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop reliable, efficient, and innovative concepts for assembly and industrial equipment taking into account the whole process and layout.
- Lead projects of machinery implementation, defining technical requirements in terms of quality, manufacturing and safety.
- Manage and assist suppliers to produce the best quality equipment, solving all problems could appear during the project development, being force of proposal for preventive and corrective actions in case of any deviation ensuring in any case budget, lead-time, quality and technical standards accomplishment.
- Ensure a correct assistance from HQ to the different Estamp group facilities driven to improve existent industrial equipment.
- Availability for travelling globally to ensure a correct follow-up on development phase and machinery set up on site.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Engineering studies (master’s degree would be an asset).
- Previous professional experience of 2 years in the industrial sector.
- Knowledge of process engineering, lean manufacturing and mechatronics is desirable.
- Fluent English.
